Key resources basically are the people, technology, products and brand required to deliver the value proposition to the targeted customer. Our key resources are divided to 2 categories which are HUMAN and FINANCIAL. Human is refer to workers and targeted customers while Financial is the cost that involve in the business plan. For human, we must find 'alert' workers who always take care on the events info and targeted customers who are potential to contribute to our business plan. For financial, there are divide to 2 'smaller groups' that are variable cost and operation cost. Variable cost is salaries of the workers who collect the updated information to us and operation cost is the advertisement that clients advertise on our website/blog.
7 . Key Activities (KA)
Key activities are some activities would be organised by us to let our business model run smoothly. Here are some activities that must be done like creating a website/blog and networking. Besides that,company and brands must be involved,so that our business model only can be work smoothly. We must also keep in touch with the users and clients as they would not run away from our business model. For instance,we can use Facebook or twitter to have a longer relationship with them and take some feedback from them so that, we can enhance better services to them.
8 . Key Partnership (KP)
Key partners are the partners of our business to help us to make the business model works effectively. Why we need partners in our Business model? Partner can be share experience & skills and can reduce the risks as all the partners will share the liabilities together. Our partners have 2 categories that are internally or externally of University of Malaya . Internal are Clubs & Society, H.E.P and external such as Company and Brands.
